Everything you need to know about EZ Link
Is EZ Link really free?
Yes. The free plan lets you publish a page with up to 5 links, the standard themes and the essential statistics. No card is required. You can move to a paid plan at any time for unlimited links, every theme, custom CSS and advanced analytics.
Can I use my own domain?
No, and we would rather say so plainly: your page lives on ezlink.fr. On the Premium plan, a page can take a short address such as ezlink.fr/@yourbrand, without your username in front. Connecting a domain of your own is not offered.
How does the free trial work?
The Starter plan can be tried free for 14 days, once per account, with no card required. When the trial ends you go back to the free plan unless you have subscribed: nothing is charged without your consent.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time. When you upgrade, the difference is prorated. When you switch to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How many links can I add?
The free plan allows 5 links. Paid plans, from Starter onwards, have no link limit. We still recommend keeping five to ten main links: the page reads better and gets more clicks.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All your data is hosted in Europe and we are fully GDPR-compliant. We use SSL encryption and daily backups, and we never sell your data to third parties. Your privacy comes first.
What statistics can I see?
The free plan shows views and clicks per link. From Starter, advanced analytics add clicks by day, week and month, and your visitors' countries and devices. The Premium plan adds CSV export.
How can I customise my page?
Everyone can pick a theme and add their logo, bio and profile picture. Starter and above unlock every premium theme. Pro and above can add custom CSS for complete control over the design and a perfect match with their brand.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. No hidden fees, no questions asked. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, after which your account moves back to the free plan.

Are there any transaction fees?
None. Unlike services that take 5 to 10% of your sales, all of your revenue stays yours. You only pay your monthly or yearly subscription.
What support do you offer?
Every plan gets ticket support from the dashboard, with an answer by email. Requests from the Pro plan are handled before those from Free and Starter, and Premium requests come first. No response time is guaranteed.
